Meet Kelly
Originally from Southern Indiana and a graduate of Indiana University, Kelly has been consulting her entire career. Whether medical device sales, pharmaceuticals or C-Suite Technology sales, she has always maintained the highest level of utmost professionalism. She became a licensed Realtor ® in 2007 and prior to real estate, Kelly was a successful medical device representative for RITA Medical in oncology as well as her successes at Astra Zeneca.
Her accomplished real estate career in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana has allowed her to build her referral network and help many of those same contacts in SWFL. Kelly ranked near the top of over 500+ agents at her Louisville office and she currently retains her licenses in both Indiana and Kentucky, in addition to becoming a Broker Associate in Florida in 2021. Her designations and desire to continue learning has benefitted her customers whether in Florida or other areas of the country.
She is a quick study with attention to detail and she loves working with people which allows her customers to receive the best in customer service and thinking outside of the box on their real estate needs.
When she is not working you can find her exercising, watching sports or trying to volunteer in local efforts that support cancer awareness or helping animals. Kelly was the proud mom of Charlie and while there will never be another one like him, she loves to say hello to all the furry pets when she is out and about.

Ryan Smith brings executive level counsel and investment strategy to every customer interaction and real estate transaction. Ryan offers personalized attention to every client that includes consistent communication, market reports and property updates. He is also an expert at negotiation strategy, helping clients achieve the best possible outcome whether buying or selling. His 26 year tenure working on some of the largest Wall Street trading desks including Lehman Brothers, Alliance Capital, and Friess Associates, gives him an unprecedented understanding of expectations along with a drive to deliver results beyond the benchmark of selling.
Ryan is the exclusive Sports and Entertainment Representative for KW Elevate Luxury. As a graduate and former football player at Bucknell University, Ryan remains passionate about the game and enjoys coaching in his free time. He is also originally from Ohio, where he spent many years before and after his time on Wall Street, and where he raised his two children.
