Real Estate

Originally from Southern Indiana, Kelly now resides in Naples, Florida, and serves Naples and the surrounding areas. She became a licensed Realtor® in 2007 and in November of 2021, she obtained her Broker Associate license in Florida. Licensed in FL, KY and IN, she is with John R. Wood Properties at the Olde Naples Office and lives in Pelican Bay.

She has enjoyed a successful career in Louisville, Kentucky, and the Southern Indiana market for 12+ years, averaging in the top 5% of Realtor. Kelly prides herself on being personable and a quick study. She is an avid learner and is always working hard to do the best for her customers. They love the energy and detail she brings to the transaction and have sung her praises for being a great communicator and accessible in a timely manner.

Having worked in both Kentucky and Indiana, Kelly has built a career on referrals and recommendations, often working with many customers that also own property in Florida. Kelly has ranked at the top of the agents at her Louisville brokerage and has received top awards, year over year. With the help of a great team, she currently retains her license in Indiana and Kentucky, in addition to Florida, and she completed her GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute®, in September 2021 as well as her SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist® in August of 2022.

Creativity

Apart from being one of her passions, real estate is a genuine creative outlet for Kelly. She loves the challenge of selling a property with upscale marketing and video, helping Buyers find their dream home, and doing what it takes to turn that into a reality. Marketing a lovely house is the pinnacle of creative enjoyment for Kelly. She is always thrilled to meet new people, bringing a high level of energy and enthusiasm to each customer, allowing them to feel a genuine connection.

Free time

You’ll likely find Kelly volunteering for local nonprofits that support cancer causes, animals and environmental concerns (especially for sea turtle preservation) when she isn’t working. She loves dogs, being outside, exercising, or going to one of Naples’ great restaurants. She likes to watch sports and loves live music. She is also passionate about the arts, and Naples boasts a vibrant and impressive arts scene.

Family

Kelly comes from a hard-working Midwestern family whose parents live in Florida full time, as well as a younger brother and an identical twin sister. Sadly, her twin died of breast cancer at 35, which is why she is so dedicated to supporting cancer causes. In honor of her sister, Kelly created a program called “Referring with a Reason,” which allows her to give money to a charity of choice to keep her sister’s memory alive.
